(This is my first blog of my life so bear with me ;)
Okay so my first blog of my life will be about that happy moment. We all have them. You know, the first time your boyfriend holds your hand, digging out a really cute shirt from the depths of your closet, or even realizing how neat your desk is for once.
Yes those are all happy moments, but I'm talking about the happy moment. The mother of all happy moments. When you find an old purse or even taking out an old jacket or old pair of jeans, and finding money in it. That feeling is utterly amazing. Feeling the paper on your hand, smelling it's disgusting- but at the moment, delicious- smell. You have just found yourself a donut to go with your coffee tomorrow, a present to give to someone special, a chocolate bar just for you, or a little extra to go in your savings. How does that feel? It's un-explainable.
I have had this happen to me a few times, once it was a five dollar bill, once it was a few toonies, I was even lucky enough to have found a ten in an old purse. My cousin, Tamara found a couple tens and fives in an old change purse. Although she's Ms. moneybags and I think I was happier that her!
We all have those moments of leaping joy just to wrap our greedy fingers around a little extra, even though it doesn't last long, it's usually gone in a matter of minutes, well, at least for me.
Anyways... whether it's there for 2 seconds or 2 years, it's still the happiest moment in my life to find a little extra cash.
